Refund policy

At Ultimate Routes, we want you to be clear on your rights when purchasing our digital route packs. This policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds in line with UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel ("Cooling-Off Period")
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not downloaded the digital product (PDF).
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and have not yet downloaded your route pack, please contact us at sales@ultimateroutes.co.uk to request a cancellation and refund.
When You Lose Your Right to Cancel
Because you are purchasing digital content for immediate use, your right to the 14-day cooling-off period is waived once you begin the download process.
During checkout, you must explicitly agree to the following:
- You consent to the immediate supply of the digital content.
- You acknowledge that you will lose your legal right to cancel and receive a "change of mind" refund once the download starts.
Refunds for Faulty Products
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a digital product is:
- Faulty: For example, the PDF file is corrupted or fails to open.
- Not as Described: The content is significantly different from the description on our website.
- Not of Satisfactory Quality.
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us at sales@ultimateroutes.co.uk with a description of the issue, and we will work to resolve it.
Route Closures and External Factors
Our routes are based on information available at the time of creation. We cannot control external factors such as road works, weather conditions, or the seasonal closure of mountain passes. The closure of any part of a route due to factors outside our control does not mean the digital product is faulty and does not entitle you to a refund. We advise all customers to check current travel conditions before setting off.
How Refunds Are Processed
If a refund is granted, it will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
